A successful entry will send you a confirmation as follows:

STEP 2: In-Person Artwork Drop-Off
Download and print the submission form ABOVE and fill it out completely BEFORE Bringing the artwork to the Hemming Village on June 17, 1 pm – 5 pm.
** Artists whose work is not accepted will be notified by email. If you do not receive an email notification, your artwork has been accepted into the exhibit.
RULES, TERMS, & CONDITIONS
- AGR reserves the right to remove any entry, at its sole discretion, if it is deemed inappropriate for the venue. Such entries will be disqualified.
- Artists must hold full copyright to all submitted work. By entering, you agree to the competition rules, terms, and conditions.
- Limit of two entries per person.
- Entries may include any two-dimensional medium, such as drawing, painting, photography, or mixed media. (Three-dimensional work is not accepted at this time.)
- All submissions must be original works created by the artist and completed within the past three years. AI-generated artwork is not eligible.
- All entries must be framed. Frames must include either a single centered sawtooth or hook hanger, or a wire secured between two D-rings or eye hooks. Taped or glued hardware will not be accepted. Works with insecure hanging systems may be declined.
- Artwork may not exceed 6 feet in its largest dimension. Pieces over 100 pounds or exceeding this size must receive prior approval from AGR staff by emailing details to info@artgrowsrexburg.org.
- Submitted work must remain available for display for the full duration of the exhibition.
IMPORTANT DATES
- June 1, 9 am – June 16, 10 pm- Online registration
- June 17, 1 pm – 5 pm – Physicalartwork submission at the Hemming Village lobby. Bring the artwork you registered online. Each artwork must have a completed entry form.
- June 25, 6 – 7 pm: You and one guest are invited to the Awards Ceremony at The Atrium at Hemming Village, a light dinner will be served. The Atrium is on the 2nd floor at 160 West 2nd South, Rexburg, Idaho.
Invitation Required for Reception: An invitation for you and one guest will be available at artwork submission on June 17.
Dress Code: Business Formal or Semi-Formal Attire.
Food Allergy Notice: Please note that menu items may contain raw seafood (including shellfish), nuts, dairy, and gluten. Please plan accordingly.
- June 25 – July 15, (9 am-9 pm, M-Sat.): The exhibit is open to the public.
- July 16 & 17, 9 am – 9 pm: Artwork Self- pick-up.
AWARDS
PLEASE NOTE: Your presence is required at the award ceremony. If you are unable to attend, you must make prior arrangements with the AGR team or authorize a third party to receive your award on your behalf. Without any prior arrangements, a 20% handling fee will be deducted from your cash award to cover the cost of claiming and processing it at a later date.
